My expertise in real estate is defined by over 15 years of experience as well as having personally lived in the areas in which I work. This in-depth, first-hand knowledge allows me to truly understand and deliver what my clients are looking for.
I have lived in various communities and housing situations, such as acreages, and I use this personal experience to give my clients an extra level of insight which most REALTORS® cannot.
In addition, I am always striving to build on that experience, to better myself as a professional. One of the ways I am currently doing this is through weekly, one-on-one sales coaching from John Maxwell, a renowned business coach. These sessions help me to set the right goals to push me to achieve more for my clients.
I also understand that the market changes over time and work hard to adapt to its new challenges. Constantly upgrading my training equips me with the best ways to respond to the changing market.
Before real estate came into my life, I grew up in a small town in the Kootenays. That instilled me with a love for the outdoors that has never left me. I enjoy any activity that gets me outside, including hiking, skiing and motorsports, but have a particular passion for horse riding. I have competed in various equestrian disciplines.
I also grew up in a trade-orientated family. Not only did that give me an understanding with construction that is useful in my career, but it also gave me my passion for woodworking and for renovating my own homes.
